Right, your mostly light color palette... especially the floor.. prefect for smaller space. Your attention to detail... above and beyond the scope of what is practical for me to do. but admire it.
Over the years of buying and fixing up townhomes and houses..... always stressed out over paint color.. last 11 years switched to mainly buying new homes.. over 40 currently, resell most. everything was 50 shades of light gray for a long time... now, alabaster white rules, a muted warm white that has mass appeal.. I like it.. used it my last total gut job remodel of trashed rental townhome and copied new home finishes.... sold in 2 days.... full price. Try to give the buyers what they want.
Love that you are 100% one woman show.... can relate.. can't wait to get keys to new property & get busy. It is addicting, I don't feel right unless I have a home under construction.
Also, thank you so much for such a thoughtful comment and all of your sweet words ❣️ it means a lot to have support on here, especially since I'm so new to the platform!
Totally can't go wrong with a muted warm white! Even if the buyer isn't going to ultimately keep it that way, it allows them to imagine all of the possibilities...
It is absolutely addicting to transform a space and watch your vision come to life before your eyes. I'm looking to buy my first home this year, and could not be more excited. 🫶🏼
Just simply beautiful
Oh how badly I want to paint our floors white! ☁️
Thank you for this Brigette! Moving out of my place this year and this is what I needed in my life right now! 😅
Oh good, I'm so glad it's helpful! A new place is sooo exciting - blank slate 😮💨
That blue is to die for!! 😍
HIGHLY recommend. I live for a muted grayish blue 🤤
