I'm crying. I want them all.

I am knee deep in the quest to buy my first home right now (I have been for over a year, honestly). And I often prefer to search listings without a price *or* location filter on so that I can soak in allllll of the possibilities.

So, allow me to share with you some images—all from different houses—that I absolutely can not stop thinking about.

When I say I no longer want to live in NYC, what I really mean is: I could be convinced. Like, for example, if someone handed me the keys to this 18,000 sq foot mansion. The ornate plasterwork legitimately takes my breath away.

Okay, sorrrrry???? This is my dream backyard???? How magical. I’m swooning.

This house is no longer on the market, but it remains saved in my Zillow faves. Because let me dreeeeeeam. I’d do anything for a double-door entry like that.

This one also sold last year, but I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a more perfect facade in my life. I absolutely live for an arched window and a mansard roof. 🥲

There’s something about this entire view that makes me feel so inspired and at ease. I’m in loveeee with the perfectly imperfect stonework—and that gorgeous bannister-like structure.

COULD YOU IMAGINE hanging out in this room???? I would fill it with big plants, art, and a single velvet chaise, and simply never leave.

Or THIS ONE? If I had free reign to design this room, omg. Full-out French conservatory.

Oh how I love a stone facade. 🥹

I just know I’d feel so warm and safe spending time in this perfectly lived-in kitchen. The more I notice, the better it gets.
